Biog..

Having travelled musical galaxies for many years, Cosmonauts have finally landed on planet Earth bearing the fruits of their intergalactic quest for outstanding tuneage.

Firmly making their mark on the already burgeoning Balearic Disco scene, with an emphasis on Total Feeling, Cosmonauts musical philosophy has always been one of imagination, surprise and variation.

Their music flips the boundary between deep house and tripped out disco, this can be heard in all they do musically, whether it be DJ’ing, remix work or their own production.

2009 was a busy year for Cosmonauts, already notching up some performances at Ministry of Sound, Glastonbury, Dance Valley-Amsterdam, Creamfields-Liverpool and the now infamous New Years Eve party at Arma 17 in Moscow, Russia..

The schedule in 2010 continues with the launch of their monthly residency Spacestation at Ministry of Sound and already key performances penned in for some of the big European festivals including Glastonbury on the Saturday night. Watch this space…

Currently blackholed up in the studio making an album, things are looking good for Cosmonauts. Their first release ‘El Toro’ came out on the uber cool Italian label Disco Volante in April, with some amazing remixes from Rayko,Cloned In Vatican and Atomic Man among others.

Onwards and upwards with the Space sentinels!

I was running the Glade Lounge at Glastonbury where you recently played and you gave me a CD which I really like.
I also run events at inSpiral lounge in Camden and would be interested in having a chat with you guys.
